This home recorded demo from the “100% improvised punk” band is one of the best tapes to come out of anywhere during the early 2020s. Early jams and quarantine era home recording mix together in deft (and extreme) collaging akin to Acid Mother’s Temple or Perhaps. The result is noisey, off the cuff and absolutely fantastic groove punk. Ak’chamel, Climax Golden Twins or Sunburned Hand of the Man also come to mind but the punk influences here are more pronounced and… younger? Alive? Full of energy that makes for raw and spirited improv? Check it out, buy the tape, buy em a sandwich or whatever. I hope this collective is only getting started.
