My favorite album of 2022. An 11 person 4 band super group from Spain, they’ve been performing various live collaborations for around a decade and this is their studio debut.

It’s definitely loud, brutal noise rock but the sound isn’t pinned to it’s punk lineage. There’s definitely post punk moments, in a very dancable kind of way. It’s certainly mathy and maximalist like a classic prog band. Lots of moments are super colorful and chaotic ala Deerhoof, Ponytail, or certain Boredoms records.

This record is essential if you like busy music, loud harsh noise, huge walls of sound and aren’t afraid to be tense and joyful at the same time.
