This is an intense but fun album from a band that’s fast becoming essential listening for all you acid punks out there. I find it groovy and heavy in equal measure. It recalls UK psych monoliths GNOD but in a tighter more classically punk package. I think it’s the best Gluts album yet and one of the finest psych punk records of recent years. It’s plenty violent, danceable, and face melting. The focus on shorter, quality songs with bigger vocal moments compared to other more experimental UK psych bands has had this album replaying in my head for weeks. Don’t miss it.
