Man, Teeth of The Sea. Even after listening to them for a few years now, I still have absolutely zero idea how to even begin to describe their sound. It’s such a far out trip, driven by krautrock and lush electronic experimentation (in terms of heavy dancey beats and long beautiful atmosphere), drone, jazz, and a love of the avantgarde and noisy. Rocket Recordings tends to only release some of the best of the best, and as always, this is no exception. An easy kaleidoscope to get utter lost in, whether this is your first dance with Teeth of the Sea or not, you will find some strange abstract beauty to consume and soothe you in this strange and far out record. The masters have done it again.
