This is the finest psych album I’ve heard in a while, and I wish it had been on my radar when it was released.

Chicago’s Divino Niño perfectly synthesizes a variety of classic and contemporary American and Latin pop sounds into a wonderful psych album. It’s fresh without being flippant and only takes one listen to appreciate (but deserves many more.)

It embodies the best thing you can hope for in psych pop- it’s a real crowd pleaser and people mover that will serve you just as well alone, tripping on a mountaintop.
