A modern classic! Don’t think “it’s just a folktronica record.” This is way groovier and more interesting than many of it’s contemporaries. They’re loop based compositions for (increadible) voice and a great variety of instruments built firmly upon both good songs and an amazing palate of sounds. Stuff worthy of high halls and serious listens, but down to earth too. Dance worthy rhythms give way to stirring drones. Intricate acoustic guitar jams undercut by swelling synths. You get the idea.
