TOROZEBU is a duo of Itallian producer/jazz man/finger drummer Clap! Clap! and percussionist Domenico Candellori. After working together on a single for the Clap! Clap!s amazing 2LP “Liquid Portraits” from 2020, they reunited to explore the same intricate electronic dance/world style using entirely acoustic drums.

Thats right, there are no synths or samplers or midi finger drumming. All the bass is oiled leather, all the percussion hits are finely adjusted drums. The result shines a light on Clap! Clap!s complex but organic compositional style and increadible skill as a producer without the wide and busy sound pallete typical of his work.
